We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we offer a 14 day returns policy on garments and jewellery (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons).
Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and have all tags attached. Please ensure you include proof of purchase with your return.
If an item is being returned due to a fault, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, provided the product is unworn and in a clean condition. Card refunds may take up to five working days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you would prefer not to receive a refund, we can issue a credit note or arrange an exchange where applicable.
Please note that all sale items are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
